I am downsizing to a smaller boat.

Location: Midcoast MAINE: The boat is ready for inspection. Rocknak’s Yacht Sales, 10 Camden Street, Rockport, ME 04856 

Configuration/layout: From the bow: forward cabin with V-berth; head to starboard with storage lockers opposite; main cabin with dining area, 2 settee/berths. Navigation to starboard and galley to port. Cockpit aft with storage lockers port and starboard. Lazarette with engine panel.

Sails: Thurston: full batten main; full batten mizzen; roller furling 160 Genoa w/ Harken roller furling; 180 Genoa; removable roller furling.

Staysail fitted with wire luff and Schaefer furler.  All sails are in usable condition. Sail covers intact.

Sail area 605sq. feet with genoa, main and mizzen. Staysail adds 114 sq feet.

Hull: Airex cored, full keel.

Engine:  Diesel, Yanmar 2QM 20– runs well; hours: 1583 hours on meter. 

Heavy-duty stainless standing rigging. All Lewmar winches. 

Fuel tank capacity 34 gallons. Calibrated gauging stick.

Electronics:  Garmin 740S chart plotter; Furuno 1715 radar; ICOM M424 VHF;

Autohelm BIDATA depth sounder/knot meter;

Raymarine ST 60 wind instrument; Autohelm 4000 Tiller autopilot system

all necessary navigation lights. LED interior lighting

Batteries: Four deep cycle 12 V. Replaced in 2015

Balmar 150 Amp alternator and smart regulator

Cabin heater: Dickinson SIG-100 Diesel Cabin heater. Tank in head, gravity feed.

Anchor(s) and rode: CQR, 25Lbs. with 100’ chain and 200’ rode; 44Lbs Fortress chain and rode; 12Lbs Fortress

Three-way marine head with holding tank. Pressure water sink.

Propane stove, 2 burner; icebox, sea swing propane stove, Dometic electric refrigerator.

12v pressure water system with hand pump option in galley. Tank capacity 25 gallons.

New dodger 2016.

Miscellaneous: full set of cockpit cushions; folding cockpit table; attached stainless steel swim ladder;

Four PFD’s; Flares; electric and manual bilge pumps; spare tiller; two fire extinguishers; radar reflector; insect screens; Weems and Plath clock and barometer; tiller extension; boat hook; mast climbing steps; many spare parts; eight bronze opening ports; two bronze Dorade 4” vents; folding dining table in cabin; folding teak cockpit table; pvc piping for frame for a winter cover.

Buyer is advised to address minor needs: intermittent wind instrument wiring to masthead, 12v DC connections at House batteries, spreader lights, shore power charger (defective and never used by current owner) Shore power 120 volt hookup was never used, but is on board
